The maternity programme was created in collaboration with 15 experienced clinicians. The experts below are a few of the clinicians we worked with and the faces you’ll see throughout the programme.
Squeezy is the top paid medical app in the UK. It was created by chartered physiotherapists and is an award-winning app dedicated to helping women remember to perform their pelvic muscle exercises, while providing expert guidance on how to do them correctly. With over a decade of experience in pelvic health, Squeezy has swiftly established itself as a reputable source for pelvic health information and is now a trusted voice in women’s health.
The programme is only £29! It covers pregnancy and postnatal which is 21 months of support, making it less than £1.38 per month.
The content is broken down by each trimester (1-4), making it ‘modular’ which is why we’ve called it a programme. However you don’t have to do it in order, the way you use it is up to you! You can read and watch it all at once, refer to it when you have a question, or go through it in order aligning to your trimester.
You can start the programme whenever! It covers you from early pregnancy right the way through your postnatal period. So there is no right time, just whenever you find us!
No it’s not. We do cover an overview of hypnobirthing in the programme as well as some suggestions for how to incorporate it into your birth plan. However we don’t go into too much detail. So you could use our programme alongside an in depth hypnobirthing course that doesn’t quite cover the elements of pregnancy and postnatal that we do.
Our maternity programme is designed to support your whole journey, not just prepare you for labour. While NCT and other antenatal classes often focus primarily on the birth itself or caring for your baby. Our programme takes a more holistic and ongoing approach to your whole journey into motherhood, offering support from bump to beyond. Plus, we have a whole module dedicated to the postnatal period including exercise plans and guided yoga videos specifically for postnatal women.
The programme is split into 4 modules: trimester 1, 2, 3 and postnatal. Combined there are over 250 articles and 212 videos created in collaboration with 15 experienced clinicians. This programme was designed to be read or watched depending on your preference, hence there are almost as many videos as there are articles.
